OISL 2015 Tournament

In year two we grew to eight nations: U.S.A, Mexico, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Egypt, Nigeria, Somalia and South Sudan.

We were honored to have Douglas County Treasurer John Ewing Jr. lead opening ceremonies while the OISL team captains honored P.A.C.E (Police Athletics for Community Engagement) for their work in the community in preventing “at risk”, inner-city children from becoming involved in gangs, crime and drug use.

We also had a special moment honoring the late police officer Kerrie Orozco, coach at the local Boys and Girls Club, Girl Scout leader and Special Olympics volunteer who was killed a day before maternity leave with a special U.S.A jersey.

Congratulations to the indomitable Cameroon our back to back winners of the coveted OISL Trophy.
